Terms of Service

By using the Balotk app or balotk.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Balotk is an entertainment platform for traditional card and board games (Baloot, Domino, Jackaroo, Concan, Uno and others), played against the computer or with other players.

This is not a gambling site. In-game currencies (chips and diamonds) are entertainment tokens with no monetary value. They cannot be cashed out, transferred into money, or refunded as cash under any circumstances. No cash prizes are ever paid to players.

2. Accounts

A valid email address and password are required to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or to move balances between them is a violation and may result in suspension.
Minimum age is 13; purchases require age 18 or guardian consent.

3. In-Game Currency and Purchases

Chips and diamonds are earned through play, rewards, or purchase. They are a licence to use features inside the app — not property and not a monetary balance.
Purchases are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. See our Refund Policy.
We may change prices and package contents in future; changes do not apply to what you have already purchased.
Currencies and items do not transfer when an account is closed or deleted.

Not for sale or trade.
Chips, diamonds, subscriptions and prizes are a personal licence to use within Balotk, not transferable property. They may not be sold, bought, exchanged or traded — for money or otherwise — whether inside or outside the app and website.

4. Authorised Purchase Channels

The in-app or on-site store.
App Store and Google Play.
Official redemption codes issued by us, redeemed inside the app.

Any party, person, website or account offering Balotk chips, diamonds, subscriptions or prizes outside these channels is not authorised and has no relationship with us. Should we appoint distributors in future, we will publish their names on this page — do not trust a claim of authorisation you cannot find here.

Disclaimer. We accept no responsibility for any transaction conducted outside our authorised channels: we do not guarantee it, do not compensate for money or balance lost in it, do not refund amounts paid to a third party, and do not intervene in any resulting dispute.

Violating this — by selling, buying, brokering or promoting — exposes the account to suspension and forfeiture of its balances and items without compensation, even if purchased with real money.

5. VIP Membership

Purchased for a fixed period (week, month or year) and expires at its end. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge — it is renewed by purchasing again.

6. Player Conduct and Content

Chat rooms, display names and images are a public space seen by others. The following are prohibited:

Anything contrary to Islamic law or the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Cheating in any form: cheat software, exploiting bugs, collusion between players, and any attempt to alter balances or results.
Insults and abusive language, bullying, threats, harassment, any mistreatment of other players, and sexual or violent content.
Attempts to sabotage or damage the service or other players' accounts.
Advertising competing games or platforms, commercial promotion, scam links, impersonation, and publishing others' personal data.
Political discussion, incitement, and the promotion, financing or glorification of terrorism.
Using the platform for anything other than its purpose — which is gaming alone — including begging, prostitution or solicitation, money laundering, and any unlawful activity.

7. Account Suspension and Deletion

Where these terms are breached — or where there is serious suspicion of a breach — we may, according to the gravity and repetition of the breach and without prior notice:

Suspend the account temporarily for a period we determine.
Suspend it precautionarily pending review, for the duration of that review.
Suspend it permanently and delete the account.
Remove any violating content and terminate active sessions on the account.

No compensation. Suspension or deletion for a breach does not entitle the holder to any refund or compensation for balances, purchases, subscriptions or in-game prizes — which carry no monetary value in the first place, as stated in section 1.

We may refer the matter to the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provide them with the data we hold, where the law requires it or where a crime or the safety of others is involved. We accept no liability for the consequences that follow for the account holder.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, write to support@balotk.com from the email registered on the account; cases are reviewed within three to seven business days.

8. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, designs, audio and software belong to Balotk. Images and text you upload remain yours; by posting them you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them within the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for continuous service without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue a game. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will notify users with reasonable advance notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our liability in all cases shall not exceed the amount you actually paid during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.
